I’m naturally a very anxious person, especially during pregnancy, and not having another follow-up ultrasound with my OB until the end of the month had been weighing so heavily on my heart. Giovanna was absolutely amazing from the very first phone call, getting me scheduled so quickly and making me feel cared for right away. Karissa and the ultrasound tech were both so warm, welcoming, and genuinely compassionate. The moment I saw my baby’s heartbeat, I couldn’t help but tear up. Being able to have that reassurance going into Mother’s Day weekend brought me so much peace and comfort. All three of them were truly incredible, and you can feel how much they care about the people who walk through their doors.
