I am extremely thankful for Joevanna and Ty. They are such a blessing to have during the end of my pregnancy and postpartum journey, as a first time mom. First of all, they were able to squeeze me in towards the last week of my pregnancy and helped my husband and I get ready for labor. During labor, there hip squeezes were a life savor!!! I am so thankful to have had them help my husband and mom also because they were so nervous as well and that helped my labor experience be more calming! They were always attentive and I felt they were big advocates when I delivered and backed me up in every desicion I made. I felt I had an amazing labor experience because of them! In postpartum, they went above and beyond to help me meal prep snacks, wash dishes, do chores in the house, help me figure out pumping and latching, and were a big emotional support! If your wondering if this is worth it, a million times yes! They meet you where you need help and go above and beyond without overstepping. From me, my baby and family we are so thankful and hope you get to help many more families.

Mommy’s Helper provided truly one of the best experiences I could’ve asked for when preparing and delivering my baby girl. I had a very rough delivery but Cecilia was amazing throughout the entire process and made me feel as comfortable as I could be. Between both Cecilia and Joevanna, they listened and made me feel like everything I said and wanted mattered. I would 10/10 recommend mommy’s helper to any future friends of mine or family who plan to have a little one. The fact that they are there from before you have your little one all the way into postpartum is very helpful. They made multiple home visits and offered help with anything needed such as laundry, helping with dishes, etc, and just making the transition into parenthood feel less stressful and overwhelming. If you ever need any assistance and are considering having a doula, this is 110% the way to go!!💜

I felt like I was in shambles and confused on my next steps when I first found mommy's helper. After many affirmations, coaching, talks, and check ins, and giving birth I feel like I can better manage myself physically and mentally. These ladies were so kind and patient and included me in every single aspect of my care even when I wasn't sure where to begin. Despite my disability and different race they were able to find ways to relate to me and ways to talk to me to help me cope with the issues i brpught up to them. I am very greatful for their care. If you are looking for passionate people who are easy to talk to and actually listen to concerns this is where you want to be. Their care shows through their work.
